Event Details
Come and join us for the Walk with Ease program hosted by Clemson University Youth Learning Institute SNAP-Ed program!
This is a 6-week course series that encourages individuals to get up and be active. Not only will participants learn strategies to build walking endurance, stretching exercises to become more flexible, and a chance to be active with friends, we will also track our steps to discover how far we can walk around Anderson in our day-to-day lives. Let’s get walking together!
Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes. To get the most out of the program, participation in all six sequential classes is highly encouraged.
Walk with Ease is being offered in cooperation with Clemson SNAP-Ed and classes are led by a certified health educator. Please be sure to consult with your primary care provider before starting any new fitness program.
This event is part of a series. If you register for this event, you will automatically be registered for the rest of the series.
