New to mixed media? Come on an art-venture with a new theme or medium highlighted each month and discover new depths to your creative capabilities! While we tend to work within "art journals," all the techniques are transferable to all types of mixed media and expression. Each art-venture starts with a 10-15 minute demo from professional mixed media artist Consie Sindet. After that, she's on hand to help explore the new creative technique.

This month we're learning how to use "junk" and found objects to make prints and textured marking! Not only a way to spice up your art, but also a creative way to use all those objects lurking in your junk drawer. Not interested in printing making with found objects? Come anyway and work on whatever mixed media or creative project you've got going on!

Attendees are welcome to bring their own supplies and projects to work on.
