Join us for a fun Cooking Matters smoothie-making class just for kids! In this exciting class, you'll learn how to make yummy and healthy smoothies using the MyPlate guidelines. Sarah Donnald, our Anderson County SNAP-Ed Health Educator will show you how to pick tasty fruits, colorful veggies, and other healthy ingredients to blend into delicious drinks. You'll get to try out different flavors, learn cool tips for making your smoothies perfect, and understand why these ingredients are good for you. By the end of the class, you'll know how to make smoothies that are great for breakfast, a snack, or after playing. Come mix and blend with us and discover how to make smoothies that help you stay healthy and strong!

We have room for 15 children for this program, so please register every child attending separately. If you cannot make it, please cancel your registration so another child can attend.

Parents must sign a waiver for Clemson Snap-Ed for their child to attend.
