Event Details

Over 270 people are homeless in Anderson County, according to data from 2020. People experiencing homelessness are at increased risk for infectious and non-infectious diseases, and can additionally face mental health challenges, along with alcohol and substance use disorders.

Join Melanee Woodle, Homeless Coordinator for the Anderson-Oconee-Pickens Mental Health Center, to learn about homelessness in Anderson, have your questions answered about how the homeless survive day-to-day, and how Anderson-Oconee-Pickens Mental Health Center helps people in need.
