CHALLENGE: Build a hybrid of two animals in 1-hour!

Children, Tweens, Teens, and Adults are invited to construct their creations using LEGO sets and timers provided by the library.

Legos will be available for:

Children (Ages 6-11) in the Children's Department

Teens (Ages 12-18) in the Gambrell Teen Room

Adults (18+) in the ECC Makerspace during Open Create hours (Tuesday-Thursday 1pm - 7:30pm & Saturdays 9:30am - 5:30pm).

Builders who complete the challenge at the Library within one-hour will receive a certificate, have their pictures taken (so we can brag about your awesome skills on socials), and be entered into a drawing for a chance to win the monthly prize.

*Pssst* Feel free to map out your plans/ideas on paper beforehand.

Want to participate from home? Tag us on socials and use the hashtags #UMBC and #andersoncountylibrary to show off your build!

New challenges will be posted on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
