Learn the process on how to file for divorce based on one year separation without an attorney.

This clinic is for individuals who have been separated from their spouse for one continuous year and have no children and all marital property or debt has already been divided.

You will learn about the services offered at SC Legal Services, but this is not an opportunity to get legal advice.
