Meet Andy Miller, author of Pamir 62: Heroes are Forever.

Pamir 62 is the personal account of CW4 Andy Miller’s mission in Afghanistan as a flight instructor training the Afghan Air Force. The story chronicles the deployment leading up to the events of September 7th, 2013 when he and his Afghan trainee were critically wounded by an IED on a small pinnacle near Shindand Air Base. The book also details his rescue, his road to recovery and of the heroes involved along the way.
