Join Anaston Porter with Anderson County Soil and Water Conservation District (ASWCD) to learn how to install a rain barrel in your own backyard and how to make a rain garden!

Rain barrels are a great way to conserve water, to supply non-chlorinated water for gardening, and to keep excess water out of the stormwater system! Want more information? Anaston will share the top 4 reasons to collect rain water, what's involved in installation and maintenance of rain barrels, and talk about how to get started with your own rain garden. Plus, learn more about watersheds in the Upstate, their importance, and where to purchase a rain barrel.
