Think about it, talk about it, write it down!

In today's technological health systems, patients need to be sure they let their loved ones and the professionals know what healthcare decisions they would want in a crisis when they are unable to communicate.

Chaplain Tamara Flinchum of AnMed will explain each section of the South Carolina Healthcare Power of Attorney form so that participants can complete the document with assurance. All people over the age of 18 need to complete this form for the benefit of themselves and their families!
