Event Details

Come learn about car seat safety with Jackie McCall from Safe Kids as she goes over the "do's and do not's", and have the chance to purchase an age appropriate car seat at low cost! Drop by the Lander Memorial Library to sign up and pick up a registration form. Registration forms must be completed and returned to Lander Memorial Library by September 15th.

*Attendees must have a child that weighs at least 5, but not more than 40 lbs for the infant/toddler car seat OR have a child that is at least 4 years of age and weighs at least 40lbs for the booster seat.

**If purchasing a booster seat, you must have a lap and shoulder belt in the back seat of your vehicle that you drive to the class. Attending the safety session is mandatory in order to purchase the car seats. There is a limit of one child restraint purchase per child. Previous recipients of infant/toddler car seats and high back booster seats are not eligible for another seat of the same type for the same child. Payment for car seats must be made on September 20th, at the program. Cash and checks only.
