Event Details

The Artist Highlight is a bimonthly program hosted in the Makerspace where we pick apart an artists style and how they made their work.

This time we will be focusing on the painter and sculptor Mildred Thompson!

Her work captures a vibrant energy in colorful acrylics using familiar shapes to create exciting patterns! We will unpack her style and see what we can learn by trying to replicate it in our own way.
