This room is the largest meeting room available. It is ideal for presentations made to large groups of people or for large meetings. Access to kitchen facilities is available upon request.
Equipment
This room has a built-in projector, screen, sound system, and lectern microphone. A portable microphone is available for checkout with a library card. The projector has HDMI and VGA connections. Adapters for Apple connections is available for checkout with a library card.
Seating
This room can accommodate up to 200 chairs in rows, or up to 120 chairs at tables, depending on arrangement. Tables are 5 feet long.
