Age Group:
AdultsProgram Description
Event Details
Attention teachers and educators in Anderson County!
Join Anderson County Soil and Water Conservation District's Education and Outreach Coordinator, Anaston Porter, to learn about their new education tools called "Water Trunks!" These trunks provide tools to help educators teach lessons on water quality, macroinvertebrates, SC Adopt-a-Stream practices, and so much more!
Each trunk contains water testing kits, example lessons, visuals, displays and books related to water education. Join us as we go through each item in the trunk, how to use them, and where to check-out a trunk. These trunks will be available to the community (2 located in the ASWCD Office).
*Not a teacher or educator? No problem! If you are interested in learning more about the water trunks offered by ASWCD, please join us!
