In partnership with Anderson County Soil and Water Conservation Distrist, we are excited to introduce the new Traveling Seed Library which will roll out for the Spring in April and May!

The Traveling Seed Library (TSL) will visit each library branch and stay for a one-week time period allowing you more access to seeds. Patrons may check out up to 5 seed packets per day with a valid library card.

The TSL will be at the Lander (Williamston) branch for the week of May 13-17, 2024 during open hours.

List of seeds (while supplies last): Bush Beans, Basil, Cantaloupe, Corn, Cucumber, Marigold, Lettuce, Parsley, Peppers (Bell & Jalapeño), Summer Squash, Sunflower, Tomato, Watermelon, Wildflower, Zucchini


TSL Spring Schedule:

Week 1: April 8-12 @ Westside
Week 2: April 15-19 @ Pendleton 
Week 3: April 22-26 @ Powdersville
Week 4: April 29-May 3 @ Belton    
Week 5: May 6-9 @ Jeanie Erwin (Honea Path)
Week 6: May 13-17 @ Lander (Williamston)
Week 7: May 20-24 @ Iva
Week 8: May 28-31 @ Piedmont
