Ready to put the 'thirst' in Thirsty Thursday? We sure are! Thirsty Thursday is our brand new book club celebrating the romance genre, meeting at The Bradbury Bistro on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:30 PM.
Each month, staff will select one of our favorite romances for everyone to read and discuss over the glorious offerings of the Bradbury Bistro. And what better book to start a romance book club with other than Lyssa Kay Adams's The Bromance Book Club?
The Bromance Book Club is about a group of dudes who have made their own top secret book club where they read romance novels (or as they call them "manuals") so they can better understand their partners and come together as a group to support all the women in their lives. It's hilarious, heartwarming, a touch spicy, and just an overall wonderful book that starts an excellent series.
Copies of the book are available for pick up at the Circulation Desk at the Anderson Main Library or online through Libby. No registration required to attend.
