Join the Pendleton Library staff for an outrageously fun hour of Picasso inspired art. Each participant will work on three projects. The first will be bubble wand making, then bubble art, and finally a water pistol art project. All supplies will be provided. Finished paintings may be taken home or displayed at the Pendleton Branch in June.
